Ingredients

  • 3 cans Cut Green Beans 14.5 oz.
  • 1 cup Creamy French Dressing
  • 12 oz. Bacon diced

Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees using your favorite wood. We recommend applewood.
  • Drain the liquid from the green beans and pour them into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Top with bacon.
  • Pour French dressing over the top until halfway up the sides.
  • Smoke for 1 hour or until bubbling and bacon is crispy.

  • 1 1/4 cups half and half

Instructions For Making New England Clam Chowder

  1. Bring bottled clam juice and potatoes to boil in a large pot over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a fresh, large, heavy stockpot, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add bacon and cook until bacon begins to brown, about 8 minutes.

This recipe features a beautiful mix of bacon, sauteed onion, your favorite ground meat, kidney beans,  and a little Kitchen Witchery come together to give your meal a little magic.

This recipe is so incredible, filling, and large that you’ll have chili for days, and yes, it reheats very well!

What Is Chili?

Chili is a favorite comfort food that seems to have originated in Texas, though many areas around the US have their own delicious versions.

This meat-packed, smoky stew combines the sweetness of onions, the smokiness of dried chilies, and the rich flavors of beef broth or tomatoes and beer to make a great pot of happiness.

Our favorite part of chili is that it’s fully customizable! 

  • Add it to a bowl of corn chips for Frito Pie.
  • Top it with cheddar cheese.
  • Add sour cream and dip tortilla chips or crackers in it.
  • Garnish a plain bowl with white onion for a fresh crunch.
