Plentiful Earth Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Plentiful Earth. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only products shipped within the United States are eligible for a refund at this time.
  • The product must be returned in its original and unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Eligible products may be returned 180 days after receiving the item.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged product, Plentiful Earth will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • To report a damaged item and claim your replacement, please send a clear photograph of the damaged product to auroramoone@plentifulearth.com within 30 days of receiving the defective item.

How to Return an Item:

  • Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. They will provide you with the necessary details and steps to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Loyalty points for refunded items or orders will be revoked.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the credit to appear, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the returned item is the product of buyer’s remorse, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Plentiful Earth is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
