About The Author

Graeme Seabrook is a writer and a Certified Life Coach living in Colorado and working with moms around the world. She has based her practice on the belief that every time we speak our truth we create space for others to do the same. That's why she tells her truth about motherhood, so that you have the room to tell yours.

Graeme has been working exclusively with mothers since 2014. She reads about moms, writes about moms, speaks about moms, coaches moms, learns from moms, and is a mom of two herself! While it makes sense that motherhood has taken over her life, she is here to ensure that it does not take over your life.

The place where most of that transformational work happens is inside The Mom Center, her private social coaching network. It is the culmination of all the learning, healing, and hoping that she’s done.

You can also reach Graeme via her website, theproblemwithmotherhood.com, or you can follow her on Facebook: facebook.com/GraemeSeabrook.
