Simple Wiccan Quarter Correspondences

Ready to cast that spell you’ve been eyeing? Excited to work with the energies that you’ve read so much about? We’re excited to help!

First, let’s get your elements in the right corners of your magickal circle! When we cast circles of protection, we’re asking for the favor, guidance, energy, and guardianship of the four elements of creation. We work with these four directions, corners, quarters, or watchtowers through symbolism and connection in our daily lives!

When calling upon the elements of the four corners, you should mentally think of all of the correspondences possible for that element! This ensures a strong, powerful connection to the energy of the elements that you call to your circle.

You can do this by decorating each corner with corresponding items, saying all of the correspondences at each corner as you call them, or simply feel or visualize the meaning of each correspondence! As an extra bonus, it’s also fun to realize that the Wiccan circle also corresponds to the movement of the day’s energy and the year’s energy!

Remember, that life energy is always present and ever-flowing!

We know that it can often take a bit of time to memorize and discover. Since you may be just starting out, here’s a great, quick list of simple Wiccan quarter correspondences.
