Steve Jobs once said, “Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.” Intuition is our amazing ability to know without knowing. Everyone has the capacity to be intuitive, it just takes a little practice!

By nature, our bodies are trained to listen to logical thought. Society trains us to make decisions based on the knowledge that we have actually at hand. We aren’t naturally taught to listen to feelings that don’t have tangible proof. After years of living, we start to realize just how awesome our intuition is. Chances are that if you’re reading this, you’ve come to that conclusion, and you’re ready to start training your intuition!

Here’s an easy way to wake up, train, and use your intuition to make your life better!

How to Activate and Train your Intuition for your Health

  1. Take a deep breath and feel the breath in your body. This helps focus your mind only on you and your physical self.
  2. Ask, “What does my body need, right now?” Your intuition is eerily accurate. You’ll likely hear things like “broccoli,” “sleep,” or “a hug”.
  3. Want to test it? Ask, “What do I want, right now?” You’ll likely hear “chocolate!”
