When it grows, its serpentine-like root system fights other plants, strangling them for domination over your garden; this is where the French folk name of “Little Dragon” comes in.

What does Tarragon taste like?

Tarragon has a beautiful, light, subtle anise flavor, which you may recognize if you cook with Herbs de Provence.
