What is Fire Cider?

Fire cider is a honey and apple cider vinegar based tonic that contains all-natural, illness-fighting ingredients. As a form of oxymel, fire cider contains both honeyed and acidic qualities whose effectiveness dates back to the Renaissance period. Believed to be coined by Rosemary Gladstar, fire cider itself contains herbs and spices that work together to improve blood circulation,

A favorite cold remedy of herbalists worldwide, fire cider is surprisingly easy to make! Why? Because once you prep the ingredients, all you have to do is wait! The best part? Most of the ingredients are already in your cupboard!
