Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Organic Horseradish Root fresh
  • ½ c Organic Ginger Root fresh
  • 1 Organic Onion chopped
  • 10 cloves Organic Garlic crushed
  • 2 Organic Jalapeno Peppers chopped
  • 1 Organic Lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 sprigs Organic Rosemary fresh
  • 3 inches Organic Turmeric Root fresh
  • ¼ tsp Organic Cayenne Powder
  • 1 Quart-sized Jar with Plastic Lid sterilized
  • Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Cheesecloth
  • 1 Pint-sized jar with Plastic Lid sterilized
  • ¼ c Raw Local Honey added seperately at the end of the process

Instructions
 

Tincture Preparation

  • Using a food processor, grate your ginger, horseradish, and turmeric root.
  • Add all of the ingredients, minus the honey and vinegar to a sterilized, quart-sized jar.
  • Fill the jar with apple cider vinegar all the way to the top.
  • Seal and shake well.

Tincture Steeping

  • Store in a dark, cool place.
  • Shake daily for one month.

Finish the Tincture

  • Using the cheesecloth, strain the cider into a clean jar. Be sure to squeeze as much of the cider out of the pulp.
  • Add honey to taste.
  • Take at least one tablespoon, daily. (Yes! You can add this to salads, bloody marys, or drink it straight!)

Notes

Because this contains honey, it should not be administered to children under 1 years of age.
